We have a NO REFUNDS policy! All sales are indefinitely final.

Our RETURN & EXCHANGE policy is as follows:

• All Virgin Hair Extension purchases will NOT be refunded, returned or exchanged due to sanitary requirements to protect all of our consumers.
• Our Body Shapers fall under our "Eligibility Required" category for returns or exchanges. That means each order will be dealt with separately by one of our beauty consultants. You can accomplish this by emailing or calling us with the information located on our CONTACT US link.
• When contacting us regarding any returns or exchanges be sure to have your receipt and original packaging. BOTH items are required.
• Any and all cosmetic products you purchase will NOT be refunded, returned or exchanged due to sanitary requirements.
